With over twenty years of industry experience, she has led projects over 1.1M rsf and focuses on technically complex projects. Jess specializes in discovering and understanding complex client portfolios, guiding and providing long-term strategic capital planning and project execution.

David is a licensed New York State architect and practiced for over a decade across all project types before focusing on owner’s representation in the commercial sector. With nearly twenty five years of industry experience, he has led multiple large-scale projects, re-stacks and re-positioning for world-renowned companies. David specializes in communicating with owners and executives to develop strategies and achieve efficient project delivery.

Her years teaching in independent schools in Greenwich, Connecticut cultivated her love of clear communication, strong relationships, and creating environments where people feel supported.
